Everything is really good here, had a such wonderful stay on vacation. Attentive staff, they know their business. The restaurant food is reasonably priced, and the breakfast offered is delicious with basic products from the region and freshly squeezed juices, for instance. There are reasonable prices in the property...

Nice hotel, well located in front of the beach and a safe area with several options, and not far from old walled city (5 min by taxi). Good breakfast and nice staff. Facilities included a small but nice swimming pool, a tiny gym (but with new equipment) and a sauna. Rate was acceptable in Cartagena terms. Comfortable enough for a business traveller.
Hotel could benefit from renovation of all rooms, but maintaining good rates. Part of the hotel has been renovated, but rates asked for new rooms are not competitive with other high-quality hotels nearby,

The thin windows let in too much noise, making sleep difficult, but the breakfast was delicious and the location near attractions was a big plus during my stay.

Hotel right in front of beach, clean and huge rooms
Sometimes noisy due to beach activities, we felt observed in the hotel and therefore stayed only one night, staff (R.A.) called us on our room to leave it for the pool, since we had guests with us and that they would charge us additionally if they would not go for the public hotel facilities immediately.

The location is convenient, right across from a lively beach with easy access to shops and restaurants. The spacious room offered a fantastic view, and after enjoying breakfast with a solid selection, including fresh fruit salads, we appreciated the friendly staff, especially our server who greeted us with a smile each morning. The beach was overcrowded with vendors was nice. The late check-out situation was frustrating, as we were left with an uncomfortable space to change before our flight.

Recommend it for couples looking for a getaway
The breakfast was fantastic, freshly made omelettes and exotic juices that I'd never tried before, my tastebuds were dancing. Plus, the rooftop pool was like an oasis, with fine views and a perfect spot to chill after a long day.
It definitely wasn't cheap but I still think it was worth it.

The rooftop pool offered a fine view, and the breakfast selection impressed me. Just a minor issue with the beach noise from vendors, but the overall experience made it worthwhile.
